1. License

By receiving, opening files and/or using Connect, you agree that this End User License Agreement (EULA) is a valid agreement and you agree to be bound by it. You agree to respect intellectual property laws and all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Connect grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without the right to sublicense, to use Connect in accordance with this Agreement and any other written agreement with Connect. Connect does not transfer the title of Connect to you. This agreement is a legally binding agreement between Connect and buyers or users of Connect.

If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement, remove Connect from your computer immediately.

2. Distribution

Connect, the license, the account created here and everything that is acquired in it will not be copied, shared, distributed, resold, offered for resale, transferred or sublicensed, in whole or in part. For information on redistributing Connect, contact the Connect team.

3. User Agreement

• The license to use Connect is limited to the number of licenses you have purchased. You must not allow others to use, copy Connect to your license.
• Any failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement will result in the automatic and immediate cancellation of this license. Upon termination of this license granted in this document for any reason, you agree to immediately stop using Connect.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE FOLLOWING FILES ARE SOLD 'AS IS' AND WITHOUT PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY GUARANTEE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

5. Subscriptions & Liability

Connect does not assume any responsibility for the accounts as a result of the use of this website or any software or data contained therein. The user is solely responsible for their online gaming activities and any loss of any of their accounts, financial or not.

Although we make every effort to ensure that you remain undetected by any anti-cheat software, we cannot always guarantee it. Any bans are your sole responsibility. You agree that Connect cannot be held responsible for such an event and that such occurrence does not guarantee a refund from Connect as long as the product is still functional.

6. Updates

Connect will not refund lost time during updates; we guarantee an update within 3 days without issuing a refund for lost days.

7. Refunds

Connect will only refund your product if you follow the Refund Policy within 3 days of purchase.

Operational & Technical Agreement

8. Errors

• Our software, like any other, is subject to errors. If any error is generated on your machine when using our software, you may be subjected to a complete reinstallation of your Windows.
• If the errors occurred on your machine when using our software are not resolved by CHAT support, it will be necessary to use third-party software to connect to your machine for analysis. You must have AnyDesk and TeamViewer installed for this purpose.

9. Changes to Your System

• Our driver cheats need to change the addresses of your machine (HWID) to avoid and/or bypass bans. For this reason, you may lose your Windows license and some software that uses HWID checks. We recommend that you do a Dual Boot for your games only.
• Our driver cheats need to clean up their temporary files. Because of that, some software installed in temporary folders may be deleted.
• Our loader will disable your Windows Defender, Windows Firewall, and install the necessary versions of Visual C++.

10. Bans

• Using cheats may leave your account vulnerable. Our cheats are undetected, but some updates to the anti-cheat may end up banning your account. Connect is not responsible for your losses.
• Remember that games have reporting tools and tools that analyze your gameplay. Use with caution if you want to keep your account safer!
• If you receive bans, we recommend doing a full format on your computer to clear any type of log.

11. Requirements

Our cheats and our loader have minimum requirements to be used. If you do not have the requirements and do not want to install/use them, it is necessary to request a refund within 3 days after purchase, otherwise your order will be refused.
